Nappi<\/em>. <em>Healthcare 2025, 13(2), 164; doi.org\/10.3390\/healthcare13020164<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puntos clave:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La <strong>migra\u00f1a<\/strong> es una condici\u00f3n neurol\u00f3gica que <strong>afecta tres veces m\u00e1s a las mujeres<\/strong>. Durante las distintas etapas de la vida de la mujer se producen <strong>cambios que afectan a la migra\u00f1a<\/strong>, especialmente impactada por <strong>fluctuaciones hormonales, factores neurol\u00f3gicos <\/strong>y el<strong> estilo de vida.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En este art\u00edculo de <strong>opini\u00f3n de expertos<\/strong> se abordan los retos actuales y futuros, as\u00ed como estrategias terap\u00e9uticas (farmacol\u00f3gicas y no farmacol\u00f3gicas) a trav\u00e9s de un <strong>exhaustivo an\u00e1lisis de la literatura, <\/strong>especialmente<strong> <\/strong>de<strong> estudios de vida real, gu\u00edas de manejo y ensayos cl\u00ednicos.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se hace un an\u00e1lisis de la migra\u00f1a a lo largo de las siguientes etapas de la vida de la mujer:&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Migra\u00f1a menstrual<\/strong>, que recoge un resumen de los tratamientos y los hallazgos m\u00e1s relevantes de ensayos cl\u00ednicos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Migra\u00f1a y anticonceptivos hormonales: <\/strong>se categoriza el manejo de migra\u00f1a con aura o sin aura y el uso de anticonceptivos hormonales combinados o de s\u00f3lo progest\u00e1geno.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Migra\u00f1a durante embarazo y lactancia: <\/strong>etapa con dificultad a\u00f1adida debido a la contraindicaci\u00f3n de algunos tratamientos por lo que se plantea el abordaje no farmacol\u00f3gico.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menopausia y postmenopausia:<\/strong> se analiza la discrepancia en el efecto de las terapias hormonales de sustituci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se eval\u00faan <strong>distintas opciones de tratamiento<\/strong>, algunas de ellas emergentes, para el <strong>tratamiento<\/strong> tanto <strong>agudo<\/strong> como <strong>preventivo<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la actualidad, existen<strong> muchos retos<\/strong> y <em>gaps<\/em> que se traducen en infra diagn\u00f3sticos y migra\u00f1as no tratadas, por lo que es <strong>crucial informar y crear conciencia entre la comunidad cient\u00edfica<\/strong>, especialmente entre los m\u00e9dicos de atenci\u00f3n primaria que juegan un importante papel durante las fases iniciales.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las <strong>herramientas digitales<\/strong> validadas y las <strong>intervenciones impulsadas por la IA<\/strong> <strong>podr\u00edan resultar \u00fatiles<\/strong>.
