    Objective: Enable attendees to understand how to write a Service Level Agreement including tips for improvements and effective implementation through participation in workshops.

    The importance of health needs assessments and cost modelling

    Objective: Attendees will be given an overview of how to carry out a health needs assessment and discuss, in workshops, what is and is not necessary to include. Furthermore, attendees will be shown an example of cost modelling and how to include the learnings in both these topics in the Service Level Agreement.
